When will my order ship?
Most orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days after your order is placed. During busy times (like launches or holidays), processing may take a little longer. Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information via email.

Processing includes picking, packaging, and preparing your order for shipment. It typically takes 3–5 business days, but pre-order or made-to-order items may take longer — check the product page for estimated dates.
What shipping methods do you offer?
We offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout. You can choose the delivery speed that best suits you (fees and timelines vary by carrier and destination).
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we currently only ship within the United States. We hope to expand international shipping in the future. If you’d like updates, sign up for our newsletter or reach out through our contact form.
How much does shipping cost?
Yes. We offer complimentary standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $100.
Orders under $100 will have shipping rates calculated at checkout based on carrier and destination.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow its progress until it arrives.
What if my package is lost or damaged?
If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery confirmation. We will review the issue and provide next steps.
What is your return/exchange policy?
All sales are final unless your item arrives damaged or incorrect. In that case, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. (This policy applies to most products — see full policy for details.)
